    • Which Customer Service department did you call (Tektronix or Desco)?  Tektronix 800-438-8165. This is where the mats were sent for calibration
    • Did you purchase the mats from Tektronix or from one of our partners? Unsure
    • Do you have an order number for the order that included these mats? I do not have an order number

    I am trying to locate two calibration certificates that we did not receive with our Desco ESD mats. 

    Customer Service phone line cannot help me unless I have a serial number (mats don't have a SN) or asset number (mats don't have), or quote number (unable to locate or was never given a quote).

    The calibration date on the above mats are Jan 19 2024.
