2470 Triax Connectors
Hi, I need to connect my 2470 SMU to an existing probing setup that uses conventional triaxial connectors (i.e. are used with Keithley 4200 if that helps). However, the 2470 uses Keithley's proprietary (seemingly) TRX-1100V High Voltage Connectors (TRX-1100V HV CONN).
Has anyone been able to connect both type of triaxial together? I know one can purchase the TRX-1100V HV Triax Cable, but the datasheet seems to indicate that both ends of the cable have TRX-1100V HV CONN, which does not really help in this case.
