update firmware problem
i have a problem with my Tektronix TDS2012B i have firmware v22.01 and i want to update it to v22.16 after i follow the instructions it tell me that "the oscilloscope firmware update failed .please cycle power and try again if updates continue to fail .refer to a qualified service technician or contact your local Tektronix service office"
i used 2GB FAT32 USB flash drive
can any one help ?
