I have a DMM7510 I purchased last year.&#160; It has firmware version 1.7.5b on it.<br> <br> I am unable to get the device to accept a firmware update.&#160;<br> <br> I see 3 different problems, depending on different USB sticks and different versions of firmware that I try to update to.<br> <br> 1) Newer large sticks cause the device to give this error:&#160; Error 2225, USB Mass Storage device format is not supported.<br> 2) If I use an older smaller stick, and put version 1_7_8B on it, then I get this error:&#160; No upgrade file found.&#160; This also happens with any other version I try to upgrade to other than 1_7_10B.&#160;<br> 3) If I use the older smaller stick, and put version 1_7_10B on it, then it appears to do the upgrade, and while doing this it says that all the different things it checks are up to date.&#160; Then it reboots.&#160; Then I check the version on the Menu | Info/Manage page, and it tells me that it is still on version 1.7.5b.<br> <br> Very frustrating problem, can anyone help me with this?<br> <br> Greg Garner&#160;<br> &#160;
