RE: TBS 2102C Oscilloscope freezing
Hello!
I have an TBS1202C oscilloscope that I bought new in 2022. It runs firmware 1.29.30. FPGA Version: v20.78. Front Panel Version v5.
The oscilloscope freezes when the horizontal scan knob is rotated. After a few minutes, it reboots itself by watchdog.

Has anybody encountered these symptoms? Any idea what the causes are, and how the scope could be fixed? Thanks!I also got the same issue. Did you find any solution?
