Hi, I got error 5067 hardware communication error when communicating with the SMU sometimes. I measure IV curve on a solar cell and when the lamp is lighting the cell and 1 of 10 times maybe I get this error. But it never happens if the light is off. I use settings as 4 wire remote, highc and sink is on. I use Tcp communication. Do you know what the problem is?
