Can I incorporate the use of digital output triggers when using the smu.source.sweeplinear()
I have model 2450 and use the smu.source.sweeplinear() function to do a simple IV sweep.
But I'd like to issue a digital output trigger on the DB9 connector for each source value in the sweep.
How can I do that? -

The DSA 71604 oscilloscope has math functions, but to create a Nyquist plot, you'll need to manually adjust the frequency on the function generator and record impedance values. Some oscilloscopes offer automation for frequency sweeps, but it depends on your model's features. -
