DMM/Frequency Counter option for my MDO4104-6

I have owned my MDO4104-6 for several years, but just today registered it with Tektronix after seeing an announcement that by registering it I would get a license key to enable DMM and frequency counter functionality at no cost. If this is true, how do I get the license key(s)? Thanks!

Hi Stan,<br> <br> I believe this was already answered in one of the TekScopes group, but I will answer here for others to see:<br> <br> The non-letter MDO4000 does not have DVM and frequency counter capabilities, so registering them does not unlock that option.<br> <br> For scopes that do feature that capability, you will receive an email with the license key after registering the instrument.

Thanks for the confirmation. It would have been nice to have the options, but i don't think I'll really miss them, since the scope has more than met my needs so far.
