Dear Expert,

The licenses locked after f/w(2.0.3.950) update, so I tried re-upload licenses but failed.
I also removed the licenses to refresh the instument and tried upload again, but failed again.

please suggest how to recover the licenses.

Hi,

I have reset those licenses, you should be able to go into your TekAMS account and reinstall them on the MSO64.

It worked partly.

please check attached image file.

only [SUP6-SREMBD] works and
[SUP6-CMENET] doesn't work, there's no application on the menu.

please check again and let me know how to solve this.

Hi,

This is likely because you don't have the latest version of TekExpress Ethernet installed, please install the latest version and try again.
Before installing the latest version, make sure you uninstall any previously installed versions.
