I just got the scope back from calibration. And tried to mount network drive (done this before many times) drive was mounted but almost immidiatly at the bottom of the File Utilities window was a message that scope can not connect to the drive. And now I can't unmounted the drive. Tried rebooting scope without success.

Hi,
It's unclear what model of oscilloscope you're using.
If it's a 4, 5 or 6 series then please try this guide:
https://www.tek.com/en/support/faqs/how-do-i-set-network-drive-my-5-series-mso-or-6-series-mso
If it's an MDO3000 or MDO4000C, please try this guide:

I'm having problem with MSO58LP scope. In may lab we have at least 10 scopes wich I configured before. So I know the procedure by heart, this is a first time when mapped drive would disconect and I can't unmount (botton is greyed out).
Is it possible software/firmware was upgraded during calibration and this is new bug?

Hi Dmitriy,
There is a bug in v1.40 and v1.44 firmware that you cannot mount or unmount an empty network drive. I get around the problem by creating a file or folder in the network drive location first and then mounting.
I don’t know for sure if this is the bug you’re running into since you have successfully mounted the same network locations in the past. Other common problems are the IP address of the network location changed, login info changed, some domain level security changes enforced by your company’s IT department (like blocking access to the
ping
utility)

Thank you for the advise! I actually placed a file in the folder (which I was trying to map) and it worked. Plus I was able to unmount other non responsive drives .
