TBS2104B with THDP0100 probe

I use a TBS2104B scoop with a THDP0100 probe. When connecting the probe to the scope, it's recognized and shown in the system. When powering off and up of the scope, the probe is no longer detected. After disconnecting this probe and reconnecting to the scoop, the probe is detected. Is there a way to make the scope remembers that the probe is connected after a power-up? We have the latest firmware v1.31.16 installed.

Hi Andy,

This is a known issue and our engineering team has been informed about it.
The current fix is to do just like you did, disconnect and reconnect the probe so it's recognized by the scope.
