TBS1052B-EDU stucks on boot up

Hi, I have a TBS1052B-EDU that stucks on the boot up screen (The dark tree and logo). It doesn't boot any further than that.

Is there a way to hard reset the oscilloscope or reboot with a USB Drives?

Hi Hung,

The scope will have to be sent in for repair, there is no way to reset it from that state.
