I have a TDS3064B scope with software V3.36, and I am trying to upgrade it to the last known V3.41. After downloading the zip file from the website and following the instructions to set the 3.5" disks, went on to the upgrade procedure as indicated. However, time and again, after instrument starts up normally with the disk #1 in the driver, it ignores the disk and never shows the message to start uploading to software. All the procedures were followed exactly, the files are in the four disks and the scope seems good functional shape. There is any additional step that must be followed which perhaps is missing in the instructions, or there is anything that should be done before attempting the upgrade? The disks are brand new 3.5" and 1.44Mb, the files were transferred using an external disk drive a 64 bit laptop running Win10. Thanks.
