seemingly handshaking issue between ACS and MPI probe station

We had a working ACS modules which integrates MPI probe station and Tektronix/Keithley source meters like 2636B. Our ACS software was working well controlling MPI probe station. Recently our Sentio MPI software is reloaded due to some hard disk issues in MPI computer. However, now when I am running the same ACS module which used to work semalessly earlier it gives me the following error: “PrInit fail: error code-1010 SET PRESET FAIL". File attached. Kindly help.
 

To add - we are using ACS 5.3 and connecting to probe station through GPIB. Please help

The errors on PrInit usually indicate a basic communication issue between the computer running the ACS software and the prober.
Often times you need to set GPIB address or other parameters for remote operation of the prober.
I suggest to consult the Sentio Remote Commands manual for the setup info.
Also, sometimes using a utility application like VISA Test Panel or NI IOTrace to validate basic communication with prober prior to using ACS can be helpful.
