Keithley 2450 "Hardware missing error" error code -241

 When turning on 2450, it shows the error message above for several seconds. When I run the KickStart 2.9, IV Characterization, at the bottom it says "0%, waiting for data", no move anymore. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks.

Do you get the same error with nothing connected?
If so, on a 2450 this is very likely a hardware problem and the instrument will need to be sent in for service: https://www.tek.com/en/service-quote
