Help connecting 2700 to Kickstart

After connecting our Keithley 2700 to Laptop via RS 232 to usb connection, the 2700 is not detected in the KickStart software. Any help in figuring out a working connection would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, KickStart doesn't support the RS-232 BUS and will not be accessible using that adapter.
