Connecting a Keithley SourceMeter to a PC using puTTY

Hello, I'm trying to connect a sourcemeter (Keithley 2611A) to a desktop computer using puTTY. I tried using '192.168.1.001' as the 'IP Address', '23' as the 'Port' number, and 'Connection Type' as 'Raw'. But the puTTY application becomes inactive after a few seconds of opening. How do I fix this?

I put the wrong IP address from the last post. It did work now. Thanks!
