Suggetions on Where to Find a Type 547 and 53D/54D plugin

I live close to the Beaverton,OR factory. I would love to find one of these older scopes. I want to build and test vacuum tube and solid state audio amplifiers among other things. The 53D/54D plugin allows looking at signals in the micro-volts.

Since you live by the Beaverton factory, the Tektronix Recycling and Material Salvage (RAMS) store would be a good place to look. It is open every first and third Thursday of each month I believe 1pm is when they open to the public only for a few hours before closing.
