Tygh Duval

We have a need to measure some unusual aspects of a pulse waveform on some MSO22 scopes (see attached drawing):

1. Duration of the overshoot at the top of the pulse (in nS)
2. Slope of the flat portion of the pulse (in V/uS)

So far, we've had to use the cursors to manual locate and measure them, but I'm wondering if there is a way to do it through the measurements functions built into the scope, as that would save us a lot of time.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance!
