AC coupling is not available for triggering on those two models. Low Frequency Reject would be the closest option with these two scopes. The cutoff frequency for LF Rejection is 65kHz.

We do offer several probes that would allow for you to safely measure up to 600V with the TBS1052C. For your use case consider either the P5200A for differential or the P5122 for single ended measurements.

These requirements would be pushing the capabilities of the 2000 DMM. Therefore, I recommended you use the 2400 and 2182A combination.

For milliohm measurements the Keithley 2000 would use 100-ohm range, with a 1mA source current.
