SAVE IMAGe command is not working over ethernet in TBS 2000B Oscilloscope
I am trying to automate the Oscilloscope. I wanted to capture screen images and screen setting and upload back in to the scope. Please anyone guide me how to automate the scope to capture screen shot over ethernet. -

SAVe:IMAGe command is not working. I wanted to capture screen image remotely through ethernet communication. I tried SAVe:IMAGe command it is not working. HARDCopy STARt command also not working in TBS 2000B SCOpe
Please guide me how to take screen shot and save it in a computer .
