Registering a MSO44

The screen on the MSO44 says  'Integrated DVM and trigger Frequency Counter FREE when you register your product' which i just did, where do i find the license code for this?

It turned out that the model name was misspelled, the license is now received.

Once a user registers, the user will receive a keystring via email to activate the DVM. If you did not receive this email or encounter any issues, please reach out to your local Technical Support Center for assistance.
