My DMM4020 seems to have an issue measuring a 240VAC mains circuit. When I try to measure a 240VAC outlet, the meter starts autoranging, stops, and then just bounces a dot back and forth across series of dashes on the display. If I measure a 120VAC outlet, the meter does the same autoranging and then displays the voltage. I've measured the 240VAC outlet with a couple of Fluke handheld multimeters and they both have no issues measuring the voltage.
Am I missing something or does my meter have an issue?
