Hello, I want to adjust few ranges on Keithley 2100 because they are slightly off. I do not have 5700 calibrator and want to use only limited transfer standards and DC calibrator only.

I follow the calibration manual, the requested calibration steps are displaying "Cali OK".
After that I change the date, and then CAL:PROT:SAVE and CAL:PROT:LOCK, and then go to Local mode.
After such calibration the readings are accurate. But the calibration is not saved in EEPROM - after power cycle the old (slightly off) readings are observed again.

What are the conditions to successfully save calibration to EEPROM? Is it possible to do partial calibration of selected modes and ranges only? Any internal switch or write protection there? Is there anything special to be done to save calibration?
P.S. The model and firmware is reported as KEITHLEY\sINSTRUMENTS\sINC.,MODEL\s2100,1,01.08-01-01
