Hi engineers,
I want to test the noise level of the current source, and then see the noise distribution at frequency domain (0~100kHz).

I don't know how should I get the current noise data, because I try to use the Keithley 6482-Picoammeter to do a test, but its sample rate is too slow.

What I want to get is like attached figure shows.
