DPO70804C NO longer turns on properly

Hello,

I have a DPO70804C. I left it running overnight and the following morning I found it with the screen black and the fans running at max speed and unresponsive to the fron panel. I turn it off then tried to turn it back on but the fans no longer spin, it is still unresponsive to the controls, and the only thing I can hear is a feight humming sound.

I have submitted a tickey but I was wondring if anyone had any insight into the problem.

Hi Raj,

I would suggest following the troubleshooting tree on page 4-22 of the service manual.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, your next option would be to send it in for repair.
