I have a TDS 5052 O-scope with Windows 2000 pro operating system but no scope software. The processor is an Intel Celeron 1200MHz. The scope Serial number is B040202. There appears to be 2 different scope software options B series and prior to B series. It appears that I have a B series scope but wanted to confirm before I try to download the firmware.
