I use a Chrome browser to view the scope's built in web page but instead of a view of the scope's screen I see a broken image icon. If I click on the image area I get several menu choices and when I click "Open image in new tab", a new tab opens and the image is present. Some times when I go to the web page, the image flashes briefly and is then replace with the broken image icon.  I am running Windows 10, have an updated Chrome browser, I have my firewall off, extensions disabled, cleared cache and cookies, and if I run in incognito mode I get the same results.  The scope firmware is version 3.35 09-Aug-04. This is the first time I have used the ethernet connection. I am using a cross over cable between the PC and scope, use IP 192.168.1.1, mask 255.255.255.0, and gateway 192.168.1.2 and can see the eScope page.

I searched the forum and googled the internet and saw nothing similar. Any ideas what to try next?
