MDO3014 Double Pulse Test

Hello Sir,

I am producing the double pulse with the AFG31000.And I want to capture these double pulse with the MDO3014 Tektronix Oscilloscope.I have used the trigger for this purpose but unfortunately I couldn't capture the double pulse.Could you please lead me step by step what I have to do for this purpose?

Try setting up scope to trigger on CH1 level and connect the AFG output to scope CH1.  Perhaps have the AFG output simple square wave of similar amplitude to what you will use for DPT.  When able to capture that, move to the DPT waveform.

Hello Semih! Capturing double pulses can be tricky. Ensure you're setting the correct trigger level on your MDO3014. Start with a stable single pulse before trying to capture the double pulse.
