Low-frequency triggering

I have a model DPO 3034 oscilloscope. I am trying to trigger off of a 2Hz signal, but it doesn't seem to be working; previously I have been triggering at 10 Hz. Is there a way to get the scope to trigger at lower frequencies?

What are your trigger and horizontal settings? Would you be able to share a picture of those menus?
More information on the waveform you're trying to trigger on would be useful tool.
