Hi all, I hope someone can help, provide some assistance.
Ive got a Tektronix (telestream) PRISM analyzer. I mistakenly updated it to a firmware that is not compatible with the model I have. According to instructions on the vendor site, I need help with downgrading this firmware back to a lower version so I can update it to the latest compatible version.
Can someone help me with a contact or who I should reach out to?
