How much RF power the MSO4/5/6 can handle in Spectrum mode like for standalone Spectrum Analyzer it is +33dbm?

The maximum input voltage for the analog channels is 300 V RMS CAT II, which is equivalent to +51.8 dBm. However, this does not mean that you can apply this level of RF power to the oscilloscope without damaging tunnel rush. You need to consider the following factors:

The frequency range of the oscilloscope is limited to the bandwidth of the analog channels, which is 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, or 1.5 GHz, depending on the model.

The input impedance of the oscilloscope is 1 MΩ, which is different from the standard 50 Ω impedance of most RF devices.

The input coupling of the oscilloscope is either AC or DC, which affects the frequency response and the DC offset of the signal.
