HI Michael,<br> <br> The specifications given on page 27 of the&#160;<a href="https://www.tek.com/en/probes-and-accessories/high-voltage-differential-probes-manual/thdp0100-0200-tmdp0200">user manual</a> mention the maximum differential voltage (DC + peak AC) is 6 kV. So no, it is not good for 12 kV peak to peak.<br> Also note that it has a maximum of 3000 Vrms, so you need to know the waveform of your signal if it's above 3 kV peak.<br> <br> So to answer your question on whether or not it can measure 4160 V: it depends on the Vrms of that signal.
