P6202 accessories 10x and AC coupler

Hello, i recently obtained a P6202 active probe, but it did not include the optional accessories 10x (010-384-00) and AC coupler (010-0360-00).
Is there a way to obtain these accessories still?
Searching the net does not show much, so perhaps they are packed in some sort of accessories kit?

Unfortunately, we haven't sold those probes for a few decades now, so we no longer have those probe tips in stock.
