No data shown and setup not correct when using recall with .tiq file: SignalVu-PC V5.3.0043

When I try to recall data and setup using a .tiq file, no data is shown and the setup is not correct. This problem started with SignalVU-PC V3.23.002 and continues with V5.3.0043

Recall worked for some time in V3.23.002 but then just stopped working for no apparent reason. Upgraded to V5.3.0043 and the problem persists
