RSA6120B is missing serial number and model information

Hi Sir,<br> We found our RSA6120B boots up as restricted license,and model and serila number is incorrect as attached.

Hi John,<br> <br> This most often happens when the system detects some tampering with the licensing system, or if the firmware is down-graded below v3.3.&#160; Other causes could be due to some hardware failure.&#160; In all cases however, the unit will need to be serviced by Tektronix to restore the serial number and licenses.
