How to only close one relay (Hi/Low) on DAQ6510

Is it possible via kickstart to close just the hi or low relays in the 7702 expansion card using the daq6510?

example:

CH1 High - 5V

CH1 Low - GND1

CH2 High - 12V

CH2 Low - GND2

Is it possible to take an array of measurments ex:

CH1 High to CH2 High

CH1 High to CH2 Low

CH2 High to CH1 Low
