TSS file format

Hello,
Is there any documentation that explains what is happening in the .tss files? 

Having to open the wavform in the tekScope software or on a scope to export a csv takes a very long time mainly cause that software is extremely slow ( at least on my machine). It would be great to be able to parse and export to csv using a script or command line tool ( that hopefully works on more OS's than just windows).

No, there's no public documentation, although the thread you posted (which was posted in the old, and now read-only, forum) gives some hints to it being a zip file.

Exporting a csv is inherently slow because it's an inefficient way to store the data, I would instead suggest saving your waveforms as .wfm or .mat files, which have public documentation and result in far smaller files.

well look at that ... a TSS file is just a zip folder with all the wfm files a .set and a .png fancy... 

Thanks for pointing that out. 

for anyone coming across this and wondering how to unzip and using linux/MacOS just use the unzip command on the tss file.
