I have a TLA5202B that had it's hard drive completely wiped, I need recovery media.

I found this link on the internet archive, but the contents of the ISO are just nonsense to me, it contains five "imaged.000" files, it looks like these were five disks maybe that were backed up using a software suite that I'm unfamiliar with, they obviously aren't windows file extensions.
If anyone knows where I could find recovery media for this device, or if they can provide some insight as to what I can use to burn these images onto disks, I would greatly appreciate it.
