I'm trying to update the firmware on my 2400 (currently C30, updating to C34). I've downloaded the Flashwizard version C12 from https://www.tek.com/en/support/software/firmware/c12 and followed the instructions to install it. After install, when I run the Flashwizard, I get the following error while it is trying to install Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Is there any way to resolve this?

I do not recognize that as any sort of dependency for the Flash Wizard application.
But it is a rather old utility and does use some shared Microsoft objects/components.

Do you have Microsoft Office installed on your computer?  If yes, what version?

What version of Windows OS is on this system?

Any chance you can try it from a different computer?
FlashWizard has been around a very long time.  I've recently verified it on Windows 11, so that and earlier Windows should be OK.

Hi Andrea, thank you for your response.

Checking the computer I was working on, it looks like an old version of MS Office (2000) was already installed, and when Flash Wizard access one of its components, MS Office attempted to perform an update (which failed).

I uninstalled MS Office 2000, then Flash Wizard ran without issues.

Not sure why I didn't think of that before! Thank you.
