DSA 602 Calibrator Board out of Spec

Hello,

we have 2 Tek DSA 602 Analyzers in use and one of them is starting to show some age related Problems.
First i had multiple DMx RamPipe Errors at Startup. This was fixed by reworking the DRAM Chips on both Acquisition Boards.
Now i still have "Course DAC, Fine DAC and Atten. Gain" Errors at startup with 11A34 Amplifier Modules. When using the Amplifiers in the second DSA 602, i have no such Errors and EA passes.
I have already Checked Reference Voltages and found the Calibrator DC Level out of Spec.
in a 50R Load it should be max 1.006 V
the best i can set it at is 1,02 with both Pots at their limits. Could this cause the displayed Errors?
Does anyone know how to potentially repair the calibrator board, since a replacement is nowhere to be found?
