Can you explain  internal diagram or schmatic about TF-245.
It help to find out compatible part or made new one to change other parts or to assemble.

My keithley2000 was broken TF-245.
 

I solved it.

the reason is "H2462J" Attenuator.
I once disassembled it.
By the way, When i assemble again, It was miss.

I opened it again, Ch3 board was broken.
I did not have a replacement part, i assembled it with broken piece.

Lucky! ... Tekscope was no problem.

I got used TDS7104 and It was no problem at first.
I decide to clean and i disassembled it.
The problem was after changing CMOS Battery on MainBoard.

TekScope stuck state continue.
Almost case, It was NVRAM on PPC board.
So, i changed NVRAM on PPC Board
First, it was same.

Next, i  set VxWorks boot Parameters using RS232C Communication.
Now, PPC boot seems no problem.

but, Line of "dsyInit" did not go on next.

this symptom is first as i searching web.

do you know this reason?
I assume it was a ACQ Board.
But, we can not any information about ACQ board.
