Richard Lucero Calibration Technician

I'm running a performace verification on the scope and not sure if the standard (Fluke 5500A/6) being utilzed is the problem or if the scope is actually not meeting specifications for the sample rate & delay time accuracy. The signal applied totally moves of the screen and gives the indication there is an out of spec. condition. Has anyone experienced similar results?
