    I have a DPO70404 oscilloscope that runs on Windows XP Pro that I was having issues getting to communicate over LAN. The VXI would crash every time it would connect with TekVisa. I tried to do a firmware update. It was on version 3.0.0 and the newest version on the Tektronix website was 5.3.5 (2012). I ran the install and it said, "DDSignInstall32.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." The install completed and now every time TekScope opens, it crashes Windows XP. I've included some images showing what I am seeing. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could do?
