I took a look through our documentation archive and could not find an instruction manual for the Tektronix Quick Start 3 Board. I could only find instructions for the Quick Start 8 board.

I am going to move this question to the Vintage and Retired Models forum to see if that community is able to help you out.

Thank you for reaching out! You are correct, the current PULSEWidth:WHEn argument for greater than is not valid. I have updated the manual to change the argument value from "than" to "MOREthan" (see attached PDF). This updated PDF will be on tek.com later today.
