My DMM6500 keeps throwing up error 1130 if installed apps are run, it does not affect the measurement side of things.I know that this is a syntax error, but I do not have any script running apart from the app. My firmware is reported as 1.7.12b (the unit is only 3months old),but the latest fw is only 1.7.12 according to the Tektronix website. It appears on the log but tells me to ammend the script.Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello David,
Which app specifically are you using when this error 1130 shows up?

Hi Ty, many thanks for replying. The error occurs on four preinstalled apps. The analogue clock, which says "Parameter x expected value from 1 to 1. Change the parameter to be in that range." The DMM6500 Intro app, "Parameter x expected value from 1 to 2". The Fuse Info app,"Parameter x expected value from 1 to 1 and the Channel Grid app "Parameter x expected value from 1 to 3". All very puzzling as I don't know what parameter x is.

Hello David,
Please visit the link below and update the apps that are throwing errors for you to v2. I believe the source of the errors you are seeing are due to the v1 installs.
TSP Applications for Keithley Touch Test Invent® Models: How to Download and Run | Tektronix

Let us know if this improves things for you!

Hi Ty,

Your information was absolutely correct, I installed the version 2 apps (4 in all) and now I have a perfectly operating meter.I made a mistake by assuming that the apps were the latest version as the unit is not very old.It didn't occur to me to check what versions were actually installed against those being offered for download, something I will be mindfull of in future. Anyway many thanks for your time and effort it is really appreciated.
