I want to make a custom board that will mate to the 78-pin D-sub on the 3723 matrix switch.  What is the part number and manufacturer of the 78-pin D-sub used on the 3723?  Ideally I would like to have the part number for a mating board-mount connector, but if someone can at least provide the pat number of the connector on the unit, I can use that to find what I need.

Hello,
See attached link below and see bottom of page 2 for all parts and accessories for the 3723!

I saw the available parts in the datasheet, but the actual part number of the 78-pin connector is not provided.  I assume that a 78-pin D-sub is a standard and that any female 78-pin D-sub connector I purchase will mate with the connector on the 3723, but I would like to have that confirmed.

That is an entire cable.  I just need a board-mount D-sub.  We switched to the 3721 so I actually needed a 50-pin instead of 78-pin.  I did some searching on my own, and apparently a 50-pin 3-row D-sub is a standard.  I ordered a Harting 09665526612 from DigiKey and it fit.
