I am receiving a 'Timeout Error' on my 2024C. I am currently connecting the unit via USB to his MAC, which is running Parallels and connecting to a remote desktop with TekScope. I can see the unit on the remote desk, but when I try to connect to TekScope, I receive a timeout error. I have the most recent version of the unit's firmware and am wondering if this is a problem with the Parallels remote desktop?

Hello Travis,

Unfortunately we do not support nor test our software with mac computers. It could be parallels doing something unusual, though I have no way to test this. I would suggest first verifying that the instrument is working with a windows computer and TekScope.
