I need some help with my TBS1064. When I first turns on the unit, it runs through the regular startup check, and I gets an error message stating that there is no acquisition for channels 1 and 2. Several reboots have been attempted with no success. How can I troubleshoot this problem?

Hello,

This unit will need to be sent in for repair. You can follow the troubleshooting tree in the Service Manual to try and figure out the issue if you want to attempt to repair it yourself, but I would suggest sending in the unit.
