TBS1032B 9V Circuit - Stopped Working

My TBS1032B is no longer functioning properly. I was working on a 9 V circuit when it suddenly stopped reading, it appeared that the parameter acquisitions for channels 1 and 2 failed, along with self-calibration. My power cycles are at 386 and that his error log is 1 of 1 with no errors. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Please power off, and remove power then power back on and do a default setup to verify that the the unit passes the Self Calibration. From the Utility button "Do Self Cal".
